These days I made a couple of rounds in the bank / post office to check some parameters: the monthly cost cap, the cost of charges for payments in foreign currency on the advance and the cost of money (the cash withdrawal) in foreign currency.

currency transactions: exchange rates used by Visa plus a maximum fee of 2% cash advance transactions

postepay While no additional taxes on foreign currency transactions and fixed fees of € 5 on the sampling procedures. So
delivery with both: with credit card to be used more as a guarantee for some operations (where rental cars and stuff like that), while for the operations of every day, because of postepay!
